Добрый день. А можно взглянуть на сам сайт? У меня есть подозрение что сайт сделан с помощью конструктора, если да то проблемма довольно таки глобальная. В любом случае нужно смотреть что там происходит и уже только после этого давать оценку по деньгам и срокам.
Если сайт направлен на украинскую аудиторию то с яндекс картой будут траблы, лучше всё же качественно привязать гугл.
В общем для начала покажите сайт, что бы понимать что стряслось
