Нужен программист с навыками настройки вдс серверов. Сайт по примеру beloweb.ru с моими правками. Нужно будет настроить кодек для воспроизведения видеофайлов. Что касается движка сайта, то здесь я лично отдаю предпочтение вордпрессу или джумле, так как они интуитивно понятные в работе. Может у вас есть свои какие-то варианты?
