1. Грубо говоря, необходимо перенести некоторые функции редактирования "записей", которые доступны только в админке, в submission system, которая реализуется пользователем.
2. Необходимо связать выбор варианта отображения записи и ее отображение на сайте с системой оплаты (как на досках объявлений, например, заплатить, чтобы объявление попало в ТОП / выводилось выше остальных)
3. Страницы сайта шаблонированы на TWIG'е, нужно добавить новые поля для ввода данных пользователем и вывести их соответсвенно на полученной странице в заданном мною шаблоне.
4. Возможно еще нужно будеть добавить некоторые связки с геопозицией, но это опционально, еще подумаю.

TWIG в качестве шаблонизатора для вордпресса — это что-то новенькое. :) Если вкратце, то всё это решается через дополнительные поля, CPT или через собственный ручками написанный интерфейс, приконнекченный к админке, если уж совсем лениво ручками роли прописывать для пользователей. Сложность со связкой проплаты, могут быть проблемы относительно системы оплаты платежей, ака "Робокасса", "Ликпей" и прочими, там нужно будет тестировать, поэтому цена названа приблизительно.
