    капитализация dropbox при выходе на IPO оценивается в $5-8 млрд. это я к тому, что тут нефиг консультировать/балаболить - купите акции dropbox и не мутите воду. если же есть серьезные намерения, то просто тратите $1-5млн  на r&d и потом вливаете по столько же по мере развития бизнеса, если конечно ваш маркетинг сможет проконкурировать с существующими сервисами. походу вам надо определиться 😉
