Need help unlocking the Facebook ad account
I need help unlocking my Facebook advertising account. I don't know the reason; the last time an ad was placed was a year ago. When I log into the advertising account, there is no option to place an ad, it says there is some technical error. I tried to request a review, but it also doesn't allow me, stating that a review is only possible for pages that have active ads.
I cannot understand the reason and how to send a request for a review. Can someone help with this? Has anyone encountered such a problem? Or is it easier to open a new business page?
Нужна помощь в разблокировке рекламного кабинета фейсубк. Я не знаю в чем причина, последний раз реклама размещалась год назад. При входе в рекламный кабинет нет возможности разместить рекламу, пишет что какая то техническая ошибка, пробывала запросить проверку также не дает пишет, что проверка возможна только для страниц у которых активные обьявления.
Я не могу понять в чем причина и как отправить запрос а проверку. Кто то может с этим помочь. Сталкивались с такой проблемой? Или проще открыть новую бизнес страницу?
