Задача минимум: Узнать пользователей которые общались с проверяемым аккаунтом последние 3-5минут. Это примерно реализовано в бесплатном сайте http://vk-express.ru/info.php меню ловушка, но там все заморочливо.Хотелось бы видеть это в отдельной програмке

Мне не нужна его переписка, достаточно логов тех с кем он общался за последние 3-5мин. Лицензирование не вариант, я продаю спортивные прогнозы

Nikita Somikov 17 October 2018Без доступа к аккаунту пользователя ( точнее сказать выдачи прав доступа с его стороны, например в виде авторизации в приложении либо на ресурсе который будет выполнять необходимую вам задачу) реализовать такое не получится. Короче говоря нужно ставить клиентов в известность и продавать им только при условии что они скажем авторизуются в вашем приложении ВК, тогда запилить можно. Но они будут видеть что дают разрешение на доступ к их перепискам (т.к. параметр глобальный и даже если мы читать переписки сами не будем, а только имена адресатов, то все-равно данное разрешение потребуется) так что могут побояться с вами сотрудничать. В целом картину описал, надеюсь понятно
