Нужно дописать плагин Wordpress
Есть плагин https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/
на его основе мы генерируем pdf и прикладываем к письму.
Есть плагин https://downloadfreewpplugins.com/wordpress/contact-form-7-repeatable-fields/
на его основе делается поле "повторитель"
Но это поле не поддерживается плагином генерации PDF, нужно закардкодить планин генерации, что бы поддерживалось.
