при рендері так само? чи лише у в'юпорті?

ця моделька не для рендеру, отож там рендер не настроїний і вона скоріше всього буде чорною або щось типу цього.

текстури вбудовані в файл

в другій текстурі TGA немає альфа каналу.
я домалював його, але обидві текстури некоректно зпрацювали, тому я роз,єднав обидві текстури на дифуз і на карту опасіті (альфа-канал)
тоді вони спрацьовують.
Я це робив в 3д максі, але думаю це не має значення. Карта Opacity, якщо не помиляюсь - так само називається і в Майі

насправді там всюди є альфа, можливо Maya його не розпізнає, хоча це странно

фотошоп не бачить альфа канала
а у цієї є альфа і вона не інвертована. -
