Здравствуйте, в предоставленных вами репозиториях находятся приложения написанные на Rust и GoLang. Писем в репозиториях нет и вообще настроить такой функционал, как чистка репозитория хранящего email'ы на валидность в гитхабе не возможен.
Возможно вы имеете ввиду, что нужно запустить софт из этих репозиториев и настроить работу на то что вам нужно. Тогда да. Нужен будет сервер, где это приложение запускать или вы хотите это делать локально со своего еомпьтера и настроить этот софт надо на вашей машине? -
