(шаблон писать с нуля, используя новые технологичные решения для реализации данного шаблона, за пример берется шаблон с саита)
ШАБЛОН
1.Шаблон должен быть (АДАПТИВНЫЙ) максимальной ширины 1100 пикселей (пк версия срабатывает при 900 пикселях, переход в мобильную версию если уже 899 пикселей и меньше становится)
2.Оптимизировать шаблоны, для быстрои работы, для поисковых систем учитывая порядок заголовков и так далее
3. заменить все внешние ресурсы (шрифты, графика и прочее) на внутренние, тоесть саит недолжен зависит от источников из вне, например, шрифт нужно скопировать в папке с темои и прописать путь не на гугл шрифты а на внутренний файл со шрифтом
4. сохранить все стартовые функции шаблона (которые имеются)
5. исправить все внутренние ссылки на саите и форуме (избавиться от битых или неправильных/исправить), например, настройки форума заходишь и выбрасывает не понятно куда.
6. с правои стороны саита после тем форума сделать меню вида
