General information It is necessary to develop a modern, fast, secure, and adaptive official website for the Federation of Sitting Volleyball of Ukraine. The site must work correctly on: computers; tablets; smartphones (Android and iPhone). Languages of the site: Ukrainian (main) English 2. Design Style: modern; sporty; official; minimalistic. Main colors: blue; yellow; white. It is necessary to use: the Federation's logo; the state symbols of Ukraine; photos of athletes; photos of veterans; photos of the national team. 3. Main page The main page should include: large banner; the Federation's logo; news; latest events; competition calendar; button “Become a member of the Federation”; button “Support the Federation”; button “Contact us”. 4. Sections of the site About the Federation history; mission; goals; areas of activity; Statute (PDF); official documents. Additionally Provide for the possibility of further expansion of the site: online registration of athletes; online payment of membership fees; athlete database; coach database; referee database; online broadcasts; electronic document management; personal account of a Federation member; mobile application (in the future). Expected result The developer must create a modern official website that meets European standards, has high speed, adaptive design, a convenient management system, and is ready for the further development of the Federation of Sitting Volleyball of Ukraine at the national and international levels.

It is necessary to carry out the layout and development of the website in accordance with the technical specifications, which can be found at the link on Google Drive (the link will be provided to the contractor).What needs to be done Develop the website in full compliance with the technical specifications. Layout all pages and implement the necessary functionality as specified in the technical specifications. The website must be fully ready for hosting deployment.What is NOT required There is no need to configure email sending. There is no need to connect or configure feedback forms. It is sufficient to prepare a space (HTML block) for subsequent connection of the form by our team. There is no need to upload the website to the main domain or server. There is no need to launch the project on our hosting. Work results Upon completion of the project, the contractor must provide: a zip file with all website files; the project structure, fully ready for upload to our server; all necessary source files so that after uploading to our domain and hosting, the website can be launched without further modifications. Additional requirements The code must be clean, structured, and understandable. The layout must display correctly in modern browsers. Responsiveness must meet the requirements specified in the technical specifications. All file paths must be relative so that the project works correctly after being transferred to our server. Mockups of new pages, design mockups, and a detailed technical task will be provided in Figma (link attached). A link to the current version of the website will also be provided for familiarization with the existing implementation. Please note that we are not technical specialists. During the testing period, we were able to identify a significant number of errors and incorrectly implemented scenarios; however, we cannot guarantee that this is a complete list of shortcomings. There may be other technical errors or incorrect settings that can only be discovered during a professional code audit and comprehensive functionality testing. That is why, before starting work, we expect the contractor to conduct a technical audit of the current state of the website, check the functionality of all implemented features, and identify any additional issues that may need correction.
