Функционал:
- Отслеживает результаты тестов студентов, если студент набрал необходимый минимум для сдачи экзамена, создает сертификат и отправляет его студенту на почту.
- Все сертификаты хранятся на сервере и выводятся в админку сайта, с админки их можно скачать.
