It is necessary to call clients, ask 10 questions from the script, and record a short audio feedback.
Responsibilities:
Calls to clients after delivery 1-2 times on site.
Work according to the script
Recording and transferring audio feedback
Audio file names: the last 5 digits of the client’s number
Sending SMS according to the template asking to leave a written review on Google
Additional payment for written reviews left by the client on Google:
