Обмен данными между сайтом(Opencart 3) + 1С по стандарту Commerce ML 2

Нам надо реализовать обмен данными между сайтом и 1С по стандарту CommerceML 2
Сайт сделан на Opencart 3, со стороны 1С выгрузка уже настроена.
Ранее покупали модуль NeoSeo, но он нам не подходит, у них есть некоторые "неудобства" с лицензией и цены слишком завышены для качества их продукции, поэтому хотим сделать свой скрипт и ни от кого не зависеть
Что требуется:
- Выгрузка товаров (из 1С на сайт)
- Выгрузка заказов ( из сайта в 1С)
- 3 шт. визуальных настроек

Краще б напрягли своїх 1сників, зробити нормальний json.
Той ml від 1с, глючна технологія, ще й файли завжди величезні, з купою мусора зайвого.

есть же ряд альтернатив csv, xls, json... -
ексель, то теж не дуже коректно працює з даними. Краще json або напряму в мускул, але там 1с треба толковий

Его работа выйдет дороже чем написание собственного модуля под Commerce ML 2)
