It is necessary to set up a minimal exchange between systems: SITE API (webasyst) and Google Sheets API:
1) Load products from SITE to Google Sheets
– Article
– Name
– Barcode
– Counterparty
– Price
– Category
2) Load orders from SITE to Google Sheets
– Customer data
– Order details
3) Export from Google Sheets to SITE:
– Balances (quantity of goods, 1 warehouse)
– Cost price of the goods

Я вижу решение так.
1)На стороне webasyst мы пишем плагин который при срабатывании событий отправляет данные на API
2) Google sheet у нас содержит основной скрипт на Google Apps Script который по триггеру обновляет данные таблиц + API, чтобы при срабатывании событий мы обновили данные о конкретном товаре.
3) На стороне Google sheet еще один скрипт по апи обновляет данные на сайте
