Project Title:
Automation of B2B Client Search for Selling Premium Panatta Fitness Equipment in Ukraine
Task Description:
Our company is the official representative of the Italian brand Panatta in Ukraine. Panatta offers premium professional fitness equipment for gyms, hotels, sports studios, private gyms, wellness areas, rehabilitation centers, and other commercial facilities.
We are looking for a specialist or a team who can develop a system/automation for finding potential B2B clients in Ukraine.
Our Goal:
To create a stable process for searching, collecting, filtering, and preparing a database of potential clients who may be interested in premium professional fitness equipment from Panatta.
Who We Consider Potential Clients: Owners and managers of fitness clubs; Owners of fitness studios; Operators of hotels and hotel complexes; Developers of residential complexes; Builders creating gyms or wellness areas in residential complexes; Owners of SPA, wellness, and resort complexes; Private medical and rehabilitation centers; Corporate offices creating fitness areas for staff; Sports schools, clubs, academies; Premium residential complexes with their own infrastructure; Owners of private gyms in cottages, residences, club houses; Architects, designers, design offices working with fitness spaces; Management companies of commercial real estate. This list is not exhaustive. We are also interested in the executor's ideas regarding additional segments of potential clients.
What Needs to Be Done: Analyze our business task and propose an effective B2B lead generation system in Ukraine. Identify sources from which potential clients can be collected: LinkedIn, Google Maps, company websites, Instagram, Facebook, business directories, YouControl/Clarity Project, construction portals, developer websites, hotel directories, industry media, CRM/tables, etc. Propose automation logic using Make.com, n8n, Apify, PhantomBuster, Clay, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM, or other services. Set up automatic or semi-automatic collection of potential client contacts. Provide for filtering and segmentation of leads by business type, city, potential, object status, source, contact person, etc. If possible — find contact details: website, phone, email, LinkedIn profile, Instagram/Facebook, name of the responsible person, position. Set up a lead database in a convenient format: Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, CRM, or another proposed option. Consider the possibility of further automating the first contact: email, LinkedIn messages, CRM tasks for the manager, reminders, processing statuses. Expected Result:
In the end, we want to receive not just a list of contacts, but a working system that will help regularly find new potential clients for selling Panatta fitness equipment in Ukraine.
Desired Work Result: Described lead search logic; Configured working process or MVP of automation; Database of potential clients; Instructions on how to use the system; Recommendations for scaling; Examples of collected leads; Clear structure for further work of the sales manager. Important:
We work exclusively in the Ukrainian market. We are not interested in mass spam or low-quality contact databases. We need relevant B2B leads with a high likelihood of interest in premium professional fitness equipment.
