Для того, щоб синхронізувати товари з екселем - потрібно або
1) зайти в кожен товар і відповідно внести відповідний ідентифікатор товару (замінивши наявний) і вже будучи там відповідно змінити і наявність.
250 товарів хай навіть по 2хв на товар = 8 з копійками годин, а отже роботи явно не на вечір.
або
2) вивантажити Ваші товари - співставити один ексель з другим і новим виправленим перетерти/замінити (саме замінити, а не оновити) наявний асортимент. Якщо дані на сайті і дані в екселі мають "спільний знаменник" то це в рази швидше. Але знаючи нюанси роботи імпорту хорошопу - Вам прийдеться переглянути після того коректність завантаження товарів вручну. І враховуючи, що Вам треба співставити 2 файли, то є підозра, що такого знаменника немає і залишається лише 1 варіант.
