Обработчик XML

Необходимо написать обработчик данного файла, который бы подтягивал из него на сайт заголовок, дескрипшн, цену, фотографию и т.д. (Всё это хранится в XML).
Так же должна быть функция выбора того или иного заголовка в стиле "сделать заказ" (человек выбирает соответствующий заголовок, указывает свою имя фамилию, электронную почту, телефон, нажимает кнопку отправить, и письмо с его выбором приходит на имэил компании).
Всё это должно быть с гибким и адаптивным дизайном и будет работать на Вордпрессе.
