Сегодня мы начнем работу и параллельно обучение обработке изображений которые приемлемы для наших нужд.
Мы обучаем уже 3 дизайнеров. И как показывает опыт, двигаться нужно не спеша, так как объем информации большой.

Самым полезным может для вас оказаться видео Корректировки о уже допущенных ошибках, чтобы их не повторять.
Мы ищем людей на долгосрочное сотрудничество в нашем проекте.
Я буду выдавать работу по 4 шт, записывать видео доработок и присылать новые работы.
Как только наберется 12, я закрываю договор и открываю новый.
Вначале я буду присылать видео корректировок всех дизайнеров, чтобы не повторять каждому. Позже, когда освоитесь, перейдем только на персональные комментарии.
Когда будете готовы приступить к самостоятельной работе, вам придется самим корректировать работу согласно комментариев и присылать изображение еще раз.
Звучит немного сложно, но на практике, все намного проще. Я уже обучил более 10 дизайнеров и они уже работают в основной команде.
