In the background, a television is also quietly running, and its sounds blend with the main background, making it difficult to discern the words. A lot of it cannot be heard by the human ear at all. The total duration of the file is 43 minutes, but it is mostly quiet. Using professional software (for example, iZotope RX), mute the television and maximally extract/make the quiet voice intelligible at the specified intervals. 2.
