Оплата на период испытательного срока фикс 4000 р/неделя, после испытательного срока от 5000
зарплата выплачивается 2 раза в месяц, на карту
испытательный срок 1 месяц, при успешной работе готовы сократить испытательный срок.
Алгоритм такой.
1. после отклика созваниваемся обсуждаем все вопросы
2. ознакамливайтесь с проектом, учите терминологию, получаете ЦУ.
3. проверяем ваши знание, понимание диалогов, скрипта и прочее . тестируем
4. получаете доступ к бесплатной телефонии и базу для звонков
5. начинаете делать звонки
Кол-во операторов ограниченно, если у вас есть своя команда с опытом исходящих холодных звонков, готовы рассмотреть варианты.
