Онлайн-консультант – общаться в чате с потенциальными клиентами
Компания занимается маркетингом в интернете — для своих клиентов мы делаем сайты, запускаем рекламу, проводим вебинары, привлекаем покупателей.
Нужен человек, который будет связываться в чате с клиентами, которые оставили заявку, консультировать по услугам компании, помогать выбрать услуги, договариваться об оплате.
После того, как потенциальный клиент оставил заявку на наши услуги:
- вы с ним связываетесь в чате (Фейсбук, иногда ВК) и задаёте уточняющие вопросы,
- скидываете файл с презентацией,
- отвечаете на стандартные вопросы (текст ответов дадим),
- если готов покупать — скидываете реквизиты,
- если не готов — узнаёте, почему, и желаете хорошего дня.
Также нужно будет отмечать в системе, с кем пообщались и о чём договорились.
График работы — надо быть онлайн 7 дней в неделю, с 10 утра до 10 вечера, но реально работа занимает 2-3 часа в день чистого времени, остальное время ждём новых заявок.
Ставка — пишите в вашем предложении, сколько хотите денег в месяц за такую работу.
Оплата раз в неделю, в гривнах или рублях на карту Украинского или Российского банка, либо Яндекс.Деньги, либо Киви.
