I looked at doctor-magnesium.claud.website. The main issue with the texts right now is not the style, but the legal status of the claims: the site simultaneously positions the product as both a "topical application" and "internal use." These are two different legal regimes: cosmetic products (EU Regulation 1223/2009 and the Technical Regulation of Ukraine) and dietary supplements. While they are mixed, part of the claims on the page is formally incorrect.
Three specific places that I will rewrite first:
1. "Rapid absorption" and "high absorption rate... and quick action" — these are claims about transdermal delivery of magnesium. According to Regulation 655/2013 (Common Criteria), such claims require evidence. I will rewrite it to focus on sensory and functional benefits without claims about absorption.
2. "For better sleep" — sleep is not included in the permitted health claims for magnesium (EU Register 432/2012). However, there are permitted formulations that are strong: "helps reduce fatigue," "supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles." Replacing them makes the text both safer and more convincing.
3. "Safe" as a separate advantage — Common Criteria explicitly prohibit presenting mandatory compliance with legislation as a competitive advantage. Plus, the figures 300+ / 30% / 400 mg are placed next to the product without sources, making them read like a promise of effect.
What I will do:
— a complete rewrite of all the texts on the site (hero, benefits blocks, usage scenarios, product cards, CTA) under a single positioning;
— a checklist of claims: what to remove, what to rephrase, with references to specific regulations — so you can show it to your lawyer or marketplace;
— an English version of the texts — not a machine translation, but an adaptation to the same permitted formulations.
Deadline: Ukrainian rewrite — 1 day, English version — another 1 day. I set 2 days with a buffer for your edits.
If there are documents on the product (composition, registration status — cosmetic or dietary supplement, available studies), please send them — this will determine which claims can be retained.
