Fixing the import from Prom is a technical task, but it can be resolved quickly.
I have done something similar with OpenCart + Prom: the incoming XML/CSV often does not match the fields or has unnecessary tag wrappers, so the parser gets confused and the products simply do not load.
The main thing is to look at the backend and see where it breaks:
whether the file reaches Cron/import module
whether the attributes are parsed
whether the categories/manufacturers are mapped correctly.
After the fix, we will test it on a few products to ensure that the entire batch goes without errors.

With variability on ocmod.net/ua, this module often breaks due to incorrect option mapping: Prom sends characteristics as separate attributes, and the plugin either does not create option values or generates a broken URL for combinations.
Steps: I will check the import logs and the structure of the `oc_product_option` / `oc_product_option_value` tables after running — usually, they are either empty or have duplicates with a zero ID. Next, I will look at the module settings (the "Variants" / "Characteristics" section) and correct the mapping. A 404 is most often due to a broken SEO URL at the combination level — it is fixed by regenerating the URL after a correct import.
