Responsibilities:
- Control aides (nannies) on their work with patients;
- Follow-up on patients' status in hospital;
- Looking for replacements for aides;
- Resolving any issues that can happen on cases with patients
- Incoming calls & addressing them to a correct department via email
- Writing reports on what was done during the shift, etc.
Salary:
Around 1 month of training * $3.5 per hour
After training * $5/hour
