The project is designed for work over the course of 1 month. With successful results, we consider ongoing collaboration.
We are a developing video production studio working on commercial projects.
We are looking for a person who will be the right hand of the manager, help build processes, and be interested in the company's development, not just in completing tasks. The candidate must possess high communication skills and a desire to grow, discuss, and propose ideas. Be proactive and goal-oriented.
What needs to be done:
Managing social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) (accepting applications, communicating with clients)
Publishing content (3-4 posts per week + 5-7 stories) we cannot always provide material, so initiative is welcome. 😉
Monitoring tasks and deadlines.
Searching for information, contractors, and solutions.
Communication with clients. (Processing 5-10 applications per week)
Monitoring specific processes and tasks of the team.
Assisting in project organization.
Performing business and organizational tasks for the manager.
Searching for opportunities for company development.
Who we are looking for:
A responsible and systematic person.
Someone who does not wait for constant instructions.
Can independently find solutions and bring tasks to completion.
Not just available during working hours, but engaged in the process.
Willing to take responsibility for their work.
Wants to grow together with the company.
Will be a plus:
Experience as an assistant, project manager, or in SMM.
Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube trends.
English language.

Motivation system:
In addition to a fixed salary, bonuses are provided for:
1. Achieving KPIs.
(KPI is evaluated from 0 to 100%.
For example:
Deadlines: 90%
Independence: 80%
CRM: 100%
Clients: 90%
Initiative: 70%
Total = 86%.
Bonus = 10,000 × 0.86 = 8,600 UAH.)

(20–100 € for implemented solutions that actually save money or time).
4. Independently solving tasks.
5. Finding clients and partners.
(3–5% of the net profit from the referred client.
10–100 € for finding a client who signed a contract).
