Operational Coordinator / CEO Assistant (Polish language, logistics)

Looking for a specialist for project collaboration in the role of operational assistant to the manager.

The task is to help relieve the manager of some operational burden, organize current processes, monitor task completion, follow up on deadlines, and coordinate work issues with contractors and partners.

The project is related to e-commerce and operational coordination.

What needs to be done:

• monitor task completion and deadlines;

• collect and update statuses on current issues;

• follow up on unfinished tasks;

• communicate with contractors, services, partners, and logistics parties;

• assist in organizational and administrative matters of the manager;

• structure information in tables/documents/task lists;

• if necessary, compare offers from contractors or services and prepare a brief summary for decision-making;

• maintain order in operational processes and prevent tasks from “stagnating”.

Mandatory requirements:

• confident knowledge of the Polish language;

• experience in logistics, supply, transportation coordination, warehouse processes, or related operational processes;

• ability to work with deadlines, statuses, tables, and follow-ups;

• independence, organization, accuracy;

• ability to conduct business communication and achieve responses/results;

• willingness to take on routine operational tasks and see them through to completion.

It would be a plus:

• experience in e-commerce;

• experience coordinating contractors and service partners;

• experience in the role of assistant to the manager, coordinator, operational specialist;

• ability to quickly structure chaos in tasks;

• basic understanding of process automation.

What is important:

• not looking for a “strategist” and not looking for someone only for creativity;

• need a strong executor who can maintain order, deadlines, and communication;

• territorial attachment is not mandatory, reliability, systematic approach, and Polish language are more important.
