Прошу прощения за непрофессионализм, но я не уверен, что именно конструктор канваса вызывает задержку. Было ли так до его использования?
У вас очень много скриптов, в том числе блокирующих, некоторые из них минимизированы (нечитабельны). Также много стилей разбиты на отдельные файлы, что может приводить к блокировкам.
Ваши скрипты можно указать как неблокирующие, если это не нарушит архитектуру страницы, или вынести конструктор в фрейм (встраиваемую страницу).
