The work carried out during support depends on the goals, the main goal being the maximum number of useful leads (requests for the sale of services) at the minimum price per lead, thus achieving better results than currently.
The cost of your support services is discussed.
Here is a list of what needs to be done as part of AdWords support:
1. Monitor the budget. (Is the budget sufficient for all advertised keywords? If not, what can be done?)
2. Monitor traffic. If there are any traffic spikes, we try to find the cause.
3. Track visitor behavior from ads on the website. For this, AdWords must be linked to Google Analytics in advance.
4. Look for new keywords.
5. Improve the quality score of keywords. Take actions to improve the quality score for keywords with a quality score of 6/10 and below.
If necessary, test new landing pages (with mandatory conversion tracking, or at least behavioral factors). New landing pages can also be set up for keywords with low quality scores due to "Low-quality landing page."
6. Add negative keywords. Analyze search query reports, find negative keywords, and add them to the account to prevent ads from showing on irrelevant and non-targeted queries.
7. Strive to increase the efficiency of budget utilization. Reallocate the budget to more effective campaigns, ad groups, keywords, etc., based on the goals set for the advertising.
8. Work on keyword bids. It depends on the goals set for the advertising campaign. For example, if you want your ads to be in the top 3 for the minimum cost per click, we lower the bids, but ensure that the ads remain in the top 3.
9. Fix errors. When ANY errors are detected in the PPC work, take all necessary measures to promptly rectify them.
10. Communicate with AdWords support as needed for any questions that arise regarding the PPC work.
11. Optimize and expand the account work with the latest ADS tools.
