1. Исправить баг прокрутки всплывающих окон.
Баз возникает при первом открытии всплывающего окна.
Если сейчас открыть главную страницу, затем в блоке новостей открыть вторую новость (она не должна помещаться на экран), то при попытке прокрутки новости, прокручивается главная страница под ней.
Также, отсутствует затемняющая подложка под всплывающим окном.
Нужно, чтобы при открытии всплывающих окон появлялась затемняющая подложка, а скролл всплывающего окна работал исправно.
2. Исправить баг закрытия предупреждения о кукис.
При открытии любого всплывающего окна (форма, статья, новость), закрывается предупреждение об использовании кукис.
Оно должна закрываться только при нажатии пользователем кнопки "ок" на нем и преследовать пользователя по всем страницам сайта, в противном случае.
3. Оптимизировать скорость загрузки страниц сайта.
Нужно вывести сайт в желтую зону (минимум 55-60 баллов) при проверке инструментом https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
