Budget: 27000 UAH Deadline: 60 days
Hello!
I looked at both projects — dszentrum.com.ua and wilhelm.com.ua. They are direct competitors in the German language course niche, which is interesting from an SEO perspective: both sites can be worked on simultaneously under one semantic field, but with different positioning to avoid cannibalization.
SEQUENTIAL WORK ALGORITHM:
📊 Stage 1. Basic Analysis (Week 1)
- Technical audit of both sites using Screaming Frog + Ahrefs Site Audit
- Analysis of current positions for commercial queries ("German courses", "German online", "preparation for Goethe", etc.)
- Examination of the backlink profile and comparison with the TOP-3 competitors (Goethe-Institut, Aura, other schools)
- Behavioral analysis through Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, scroll depth, drop-off points)
- Semantic audit — which queries are already ranking, which are missed
🎯 Stage 2. Semantic Core and Structure (Week 2)
- Collection of the complete semantic core: High-frequency ("German courses"), Medium-frequency ("German online courses A1"), Low-frequency ("preparation for TestDaF Kyiv")
- Clustering through Keyword Insights / Serpstat (SERP-overlap method)
- Cannibalization map between sites + recommendations for delineating thematic clusters
- Technical task for new landing pages
📝 Stage 3. Content Optimization (Weeks 3-4)
- Optimization of title/H1/description for the goals of each page (not template-based)
- Rewriting weak pages with real expertise + E-E-A-T blocks (methodology, teachers' experience, student cases, reviews)
- Creation of new landing pages for missed clusters (for example: "German courses for medical professionals", "German for IT specialists" — you have these special courses, but there are no optimized landing pages for them)
🔧 Stage 4. Technical SEO (Weeks 4-5)
- Implementation of Schema.org Course (as requested) + Organization, LocalBusiness (for the Kyiv office), FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Review/AggregateRating
- Optimization of Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS)
- Checking hreflang and indexing (especially important for the uk/ru/en versions of dszentrum)
- Cleaning duplicates, setting canonical, optimizing internal linking
🤖 Stage 5. AI Search Optimization (Weeks 5-6)
- Adapting content for AI Overviews and ChatGPT/Perplexity:
- Clear definitions at the beginning of articles
- Structured answers to questions in FAQ format
- Citability (statistics, specific numbers, dates)
- Author schema + teachers' expertise
- Optimization for voice search (long-tail queries)
- llms.txt file
🔗 Stage 6. Link Building (Week 6+, on an ongoing basis)
