- При возможности - сократить количество запросов

У вас практически идеальная загрузка. Попробуйте в настройках из админки переключить подключение js в конце тела (там есть такой ползунок). Со стилями этого, увы, не получится.

Обычно так и бывает, значит по оптимизации вы слелали все возможное. Со криптами такая фигня бывает по той причине, что в блоке head идет подключение скриптов некоторых модулей напрямую, поэтому они не видят, например, базового jquery, который должен быть подключен перед ними. Покажите ссылку на сайт, я посмотрю на исходный код.
