Мы делали тестовый сайт на сервере https://kinsta.com/ сайт работал стабильно 2,5 сек.
Bеб-сайт Newbathroomstyle.com WordPress / woocommerce, созданный с использованием конструктора страниц elementor, который работает на VPS с плагином cPanel и WP-ROCKET. Мне нужен кто-то, чтобы оптимизировать сервер с использованием NGINX с PHP-FPM и другими предлагаемыми технологиями для повышения скорости. В настоящее время у меня установлен LSPHP с плагином engintron (NGINX) для cPanel.

Не знаю, что подразумеваете под "скоростью". У вас и так достаточно хорошие показатели. Страницы вполне быстро открываются.
Готов оптимизировать по GPS. Но конкретных показателей заранее никогда не обещаю. Делаю возможное. Главное - оставить работоспособность сайта.
Специализируюсь больше на ВП, Джумле, МодХ, ОК, лендинги, поддерживаю сайты на других движках. Часто работаю с кодом. Но программированием, как таковым, не занимаюсь. Версткой макетов - тоже.
В основном работа с готовым - установка, настройка, доработка, корректировка...
Обработка картинок (ф-шоп), php, css, html, хостинг, базы и т.п...

Правда часть скриптов отвалилась потому что явно на все JS стоит defer в настройках,но я думаю на это даже внимание не обращалось) Повезло человеку который делал эту оптимизацию)
