проблема в том что, при заходе в статистику - на сервере очень нагружается процессор. Сейчас в БД около 40тыс задач.

Чаще всего ошибки в таком случае в генерации лишних запросов в коде, или отсвуствии индексов в БД, если если БД не пользуется индексами. Есть опыт в подобных оптимизациях, как со стороны laravel, так и со стороны mysql
