текущие задачи :
По Craft CMS. Задачи:
1. Разобраться как работает и развернуть локально
2. Посмотреть, почему сайт работает медленно, какие есть варианты ускорения и оптимизации
3. Переделки и поддержка по типу: добавить фавикон, добавить поле в форму, и так далее
Базовые требования к разработчику:
- PHP, JS
- Git
- желание разобраться в том, как и что сейчас работает по исходникам

По скорости - нужно смотреть детально, но и так видно, что у Вас на сайте очень тяжелые ресурсы > те же фото по 1.5 - 2мб

Это все понятно. Но если для ВП понятно как сделать оптимизацию, то лично я не знаю как это лучше сделать на Крафте. И для этого первый пункт, особенно если опыта с крафтом нет
