I work on television and have a rich experience of direct broadcasting.
For internet broadcasts I work with vMix, there is the possibility to stream on several sites (youtube, facebook, etc.) There is also the possibility to stream to your own server (use this service if YouTube blocks broadcasts due to copyrights on content), a direct link to the broadcast or a code is provided to integrate the player to your site.
If the broadcast will involve 4-5 people along with the speaker I recommend using Skype or vMix Call (you don’t need to install additional software, everything works in the browser) for a better image, or Zoom conference.
I need the exact date and time of the stream, the schedule is uploaded, only after I know when the stream I can say I will have the opportunity or not to serve it.
