At the initial stage, this could be a well-set-up Google Sheet, Notion, or an inexpensive CRM. I will consider your suggestions for the most convenient and budget-friendly solution. What needs to be considered for each client: name and contact details; source of inquiry, such as advertising, Instagram, recommendation; date of first contact; what the client purchased; which types and flavor profiles of coffee they liked; method of coffee preparation; history and approximate frequency of orders; date of next contact; comments and important details of correspondence. I'm primarily looking for a reasonable and economical solution for a small business, so expensive and complex CRMs are not being considered at this stage. Нужен доступ к вашей базе, я посмотрю что уже заполнено, и как формируются отчеты из ваших данных. Только после этого можно сделать вывод с какого момента и в каком разделе допущены ошибки.

Вы работаете на осно или усн? Обборотка- главный документ, при взгляде на который можно опередить финансовое состояние фирмы... работаю в программе 3 года, готова помочь

Natalya Korniienko 5 November 2019Чтобы Сформировать реальные отчеты за период: Баланс, ОСВ, Прибыли/убытки для начала вам необходимо ввести правильно начальные остатки, вывести свой первоначальный баланс, проверить правильность накопления затрат и отражение движений денег согласно вашему классификатору Статьи ДДС и сделать закрытие месяца за весть период. Только после этого Вы получите реальные отчеты, научитесь видеть в них информацию и получите список своих ошибок при ведении учета. А функционал, который вы для себя не раскрыли зависит от той версии УНФ на которой вы работаете.

Теперь по существу:
начальные остатки -вроде сделали правильно.первоначальный баланс -нет
план счетов учета -вот тут полный бардак
движение денег -вроде настроили только я до сих пор не могу понять их классификацию с учетом счетов учета
закрытие месяца -вроде понятно
Кроме того я хочу научиться читать Оборотно-сальдовую ведомость.
