Dispute of paternity (2 children). Full representation

I'm looking for a lawyer for collaboration without negotiations and inflated fees. Please immediately provide your fixed cost for handling the case "turnkey" (without my personal participation in court). The territory is not important — we work through the "Electronic Court". We are not initiating the suspension of alimony at this time — we are strictly working on contesting paternity.

FACTS AND CHRONOLOGY:

• Autumn 2017: Crisis in the marriage, lack of intimacy, separate sleeping (period of conception of the 1st child, there are doubts).

• March 2018: Final separation. I started living with another woman (there are witnesses).

• 02.07.2018: Birth of the 1st child.

• August 2018: Last physical meeting with the ex. After that — complete cessation of communication.

• 10.02.2020: The wife filed for divorce (in the case she stated: "marital relations ceased in 2019").

• 04.03.2020: Court decision on divorce.

• 19.06.2020: Registration of the 2nd child. Due to presumption (Article 122 of the Family Code), I was automatically registered as the father. Biologically, this is impossible.

• 02.06.2026: I learned about the 2nd child from "Diia", as I only received my ID card for the first time the day before (could not authorize earlier). This is grounds for renewing the statute of limitations.

AVAILABLE: Copy of the divorce decision, photo of the new ID card, screenshots from "Diia" dated 03.06.2026. No birth certificates available. Everything is collected in a digital folder.

TASKS:

1. Claim for contesting paternity (for both children).

2. Justification for the validity of the missed deadlines.

3. Request for civil registry records from the registry office.

4. Motion for DNA testing (I will cover all costs/pass it).

5. Full representation until the final decision + recovery of court costs from the respondent.
