I have several ready-made samples of steam fireplaces, including a model that serves as a reference for quality, design, and functionality. The task is to develop a proprietary product under our own brand based on the analysis of existing solutions. Main tasks: complete technical analysis of existing samples; disassembly of the structure and components; determination of the operating principle of all units; preparation of technical documentation; creation of a bill of materials (BOM); selection of alternative suppliers for components; cost evaluation of production; development of the concept for our own product; preparation of a plan for transitioning from prototype to mass production.

Output data: Existing building: single-story office building; structural scheme — frame-less brick; external walls thickness 380–640 mm; internal load-bearing walls thickness 380–510 mm; ceilings — precast reinforced concrete hollow-core slabs; foundations — columnar with FBS blocks; approximate dimensions of the building — 40.34 × 28.84 m; building area — about 747 m². A technical inspection of the building and measurement drawings have been completed, which will be provided to the contractor after preliminary discussion of the project.
