TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT Project for the Promotion of Professional TEV Electric Commercial Vehicles in Poland 1. PROJECT OBJECTIVE A two-level online system should be developed, consisting of: 1. A short, single-page landing page designed for advertising, initial product presentation, demand research and lead collection. 2. A comprehensive technical and information website containing detailed descriptions of the models, body configurations, technical specifications, documents, application areas and customisation possibilities. The landing page should explain the product benefits quickly and lead visitors towards completing the enquiry questionnaire. The main website should answer detailed technical, commercial, homologation and organisational questions from prospective customers. PART I. SINGLE-PAGE LANDING PAGE 2. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE LANDING PAGE The landing page should not function as a large catalogue and should not overwhelm visitors with excessive technical details. Its purpose is to: – explain what TEV is within 30–60 seconds; – show its main fields of application; – demonstrate the range of available body configurations; – attract potential customers; – collect information about genuine market demand; – direct interested users to the main technical website. In terms of length and structure, the landing page should be comparable to the Italian partner’s website: one coherent page without an excessive number of menus, sections or transitions. 3. CORE CONCEPT AND POSITIONING TEV should not be presented as a small Chinese electric vehicle. It should be positioned as: “A professional electric platform for cities, businesses and specialised services.” Primary message: “One Electric Platform. Multiple Professional Solutions.” Supporting message: “Compact electric commercial transport for logistics, municipal services, technical operations, food delivery and specialised body applications.” The central idea of the website should be: “The customer is not simply choosing a vehicle. The customer is choosing a professional solution designed for a specific task.” 4. LANDING PAGE TARGET AUDIENCE The landing page should address the following customer groups in an equally credible and attractive way: – municipal and public utility companies; – city, municipality and district authorities; – logistics and courier companies; – airports, ports and terminals; – warehouses and industrial facilities; – food-industry companies; – HoReCa, catering, confectionery and ice-cream businesses; – agricultural companies; – technical and service companies; – manufacturers of specialised vehicle bodies and equipment; – specialist vehicle dealers; – companies interested in creating their own range of specialised electric vehicles. 5. SINGLE-PAGE WEBSITE STRUCTURE SECTION 1. HERO SCREEN Purpose: Immediately communicate the professional nature of the product and encourage the visitor to continue exploring. Visual content: A full-screen video or a dynamic sequence of three or four scenes: – a TEV logistics vehicle operating in an urban environment; – a roll-up door vehicle during loading or unloading; – a refrigerated version; – a flatbed or specialised municipal configuration. The first screen should not be limited to a static photograph of a vehicle standing in an empty parking area. Headline: “One Electric Platform. Multiple Professional Solutions.” Subheadline: “Compact electric commercial transport for urban logistics, municipal services, businesses and specialised applications.” Buttons: – “Select Your Configuration” – “Tell Us About Your Task” Both buttons should direct users to the questionnaire at the bottom of the page. This should be a short section of no more than four or five sentences. Suggested content: “TEV is a compact L7e-CU electric commercial platform designed for professional work in cities, business facilities and restricted-access areas. Different cargo bodies and specialised equipment can be installed on the same base platform. The vehicle combines compact dimensions, an enclosed cabin, electric drive and the ability to adapt to the requirements of different industries.” Four concise benefits should be displayed next to the text: – compact dimensions; – electric drive; – multiple body configurations; – European type-approval basis. Large technical tables should not appear in this section. SECTION 3. MAIN APPLICATION AREAS This section should contain no more than six visually strong cards. Card 1. Urban Logistics – last-mile delivery; – e-commerce; – courier and postal services; – supply of retail locations. Card 2. Municipal and Public Services – street and public-space maintenance; – parks and green areas; – urban infrastructure; – municipal and maintenance teams. Card 3. Refrigerated and Food Delivery – chilled and frozen products; – catering; – confectionery; – ice cream; – HoReCa. Card 4. Warehouses, Airports and Terminals – internal logistics; – technical maintenance; – transport of tools and equipment; – operation in restricted-access areas. Card 5. Agriculture – farms; – greenhouses; – plant nurseries; – orchards; – local transport of produce and materials. Card 6. Technical and Commercial Services – facility management; – installation companies; – mobile service teams; – construction and maintenance companies. Each card should use a strong image, a concise title and a one-sentence description. SECTION 4. MAIN BODY CONFIGURATIONS Four or five principal configurations should be presented. Roll-up Door Logistics Box For frequent stops, urban delivery and quick access to cargo. Enclosed Cargo Box For secure transportation of goods, tools and equipment. Refrigerated Cargo Box For chilled, frozen and temperature-sensitive products. Flatbed or Open Cargo Body For municipal, construction, agricultural and service applications. Custom Body For specialised projects and non-standard equipment. The cards should show not only the vehicle itself, but also the real-life application of each configuration. Button below the section: “View All Configurations” The button should lead to the main website. SECTION 5. CUSTOM — BUILD A VEHICLE FOR YOUR TASK This is one of the central sections of the project. Headline: “Your Idea. Our Electric Platform.” Main text: “We can supply a basic TEV electric chassis or platform for the installation of specialised equipment by Polish or European manufacturers. Customers may use their own body solution or provide us with a technical specification so that the manufacturer can assess the possibility of producing a customised solution in China.” Possible adaptation directions: – mini crane; – aerial work platform; – mobile service workshop; – refrigerated or insulated box; – vacuum or cleaning equipment; – watering system; – tipper body; – mobile advertising platform; – mobile retail point; – specialist body for energy or municipal services. The website must not imply that all of these solutions are already available as standard production models. BENEFITS AND KEY FIGURES Unverified savings calculations must not be published at this stage. Detailed financial calculations should be added only after a Polish operating-cost model has been developed, including energy, maintenance, financing and vehicle-use assumptions. For the initial version, the following statements may be used: – lower energy costs compared with an internal-combustion vehicle; – fewer regular service operations; – zero local exhaust emissions; – low noise levels; – easier manoeuvring and parking; – convenient operation in cities and restricted-access areas. MARKET-DEMAND QUESTIONNAIRE This is the main conversion element of the landing page. Headline: “What Kind of Electric Vehicle Does Your Organisation Need?” Subheadline: “Answer a few questions. MAIN WEBSITE STRUCTURE 7.1. HOME PAGE The home page should include: – concise brand and product positioning; – main vehicle models; – application sectors; – primary benefits; – link to the configuration selector; – test-drive interest form; – access to technical documentation. 7.2. TEV MODEL PAGE A dedicated, detailed TEV model page should be developed. It should include all confirmed data: – vehicle category; – drive type; – motor power; – battery options; – range; – maximum speed; – length; – width; – height; – wheelbase; – kerb weight; – maximum authorised mass; – payload; – cargo-platform dimensions; – seating capacity; – charging time; – braking system; – steering system; – cabin equipment; – warranty; – available options. For parameters that depend on the configuration, the following note should be displayed: “This parameter depends on the vehicle version, battery and installed body.” All numerical data must be verified against official manufacturer documents, CoC, WVTA and technical specifications. 7.3. BODY CONFIGURATIONS Separate pages should be created for: – Flatbed; – Cargo Bed; – Standard Logistics Box; – Aluminium Cargo Box; – Roll-up Door Logistics Box; – Refrigerated Cargo Box; – Insulated Cargo Box; – High Railing; – Dump Body; – Custom Body.
