Overall idea: This is an app for managing and booking areas within the complex.

MVP:
- Customer registration (by default a simple customer); if during registration they indicate they are a homeowner, an administrator must confirm this and change the customer type to "resident". User types can be: administrator, manager, resident, simple customer. Registration will include mandatory fields such as phone, email, full name.
- Booking zones for sports grounds: football field, clay tennis court, hard surface tennis court, two padel courts.
- Booking zones for AQUA and spa, sunbeds, bungalows, gazebos (a schematic map with a pool showing the locations of all these will be provided. Users can visually select an available spot and book it for a specific date, typically today) and spa complex.
- Booking zone for group classes.
- All booking zones are paid; after booking, users can pay and view their paid bookings. There will be an option to copy the payment link.
- Sports zones are booked for a minimum or maximum period specified by the administrator. For example, sports grounds are booked for at least 2 hours. Poolside sunbeds are available until the end of the day.
- Residents will have 40,000 points available monthly (editable by the administrator or set to unlimited)
- For simple customers, all booking zones are paid; the administrator sets the price for each zone. For example, 1 hour of football field - 2000 UAH.
Post MVP:
- Admin panel for managers and administrators.
- Adding customer vehicles with license plates for access at the barrier.
- Adding temporary passes, for example, adding a car number for 1 hour for delivery. - Creating work requests for the complex (residents only), e.g., "irrigation problem".
