Meta requires prior approval for advertising crypto products, while Google requires certification for crypto exchange advertisers (by countries, and this is a separate quest). If this is not resolved before launch, ads get rejected, and the account can be banned on the first launch. Therefore, the first step is to secure the approvals and properly set up the accounts, and only then drive traffic.

I would divide the audiences into two different worlds. The diaspora (UK/DE/US) is essentially remittance, sending money home faster and cheaper, with its own creatives, its own currency, its own CPA. Local Kenya crypto-onramp with M-Pesa has a different message. They cannot be mixed into one campaign.
