Control panel (mini site), managing RPD catalogs
Control panel (mini site) - responsible for opening and closing catalogs distributed via RPD from the 2008/2019 server line, as well as within the network through a browser. This product will be placed on each user's desktop in the terminal session of the 2008 server (as an option) 2019.
What it represents. A list of catalogs by brands, in the form of buttons (if there are several catalogs from different years, the button expands to the required number of links).
The user will select the desired brand and click on its shortcut (or tab). The catalog via RPD will open. At the moment when the catalog session ends - the control panel closes the catalog. If the user selects another brand, the first selected catalog and all catalogs that the user worked with before are minimized, with the ability to quickly expand them back when needed.
Additionally, it is necessary to provide the ability for quick replacement of catalogs under the buttons with renaming of buttons, adding and removing buttons, a client notification system for feedback and support.

Only the panel is full screen without the ability to minimize and any other actions on the 2008 server. Access is possible as RPD or for example through a browser, but with authorization. There may be your own login options like through Guacamole. Please suggest.
