Inspired by US platforms like Thumbtack, Hrafi transforms how home maintenance and skilled services are booked in Morocco—replacing unreliable word-of-mouth with a transparent, trusted, and efficient mobile platform. 2. The Problem For Customers: Finding reliable, skilled handymen (plumbers, electricians, painters) in Moroccan cities is time-consuming. Price transparency is nonexistent, quality is unpredictable, and safety/trust remains a primary concern. They lack modern tools to build a steady client base, track income, or display their work portfolio
