Парсер имён пользователей с чатов/групп телеграм

Т.З.:
1. Парсер должен собирать имена пользователей в текстовый файл, каждый пользователь с новой строки, сам файл получает имя чата/группы от куда парсит, например SpaceX.txt
2. Парсинг с выбором по дате онлайна, не последнего поста пользователя а именно онлайна например пользователи которые были в сети в течении последних 3-х дней.
3. Парсинг абсолютно всех пользователей чата/группы(1000, 50000, 300000 пользователей), админов/модераторов/ботов пропускаем(по возможности)
4. ОС. win. 7-10.
5. Молниеносной скорости не нужно, но и сутки ждать не хотелось бы.
6. Язык программирования/интерфейс значения не имеют, можно даже консольное приложение.(не желательно устанавливать сторонний софт для работы парсера)
7. Дальнейшая поддержка, дописать некоторые функции/подправить если будут изменения в самом телеграме.
Перед оплатой хотелось бы пощупать продукт через тим вивер если вас не затруднит.
