После парсинга нужно, чтобы результат выгружался в отдельный файл эксель и там уже был отранжированный результат от самых просматриваемых до наименее просматриваемых объявлений.

Добавил в свой парсер получение количества просмотров. Данные записываются в excel (всё отсортировано как вам нужно по просмотрам). Автоматом записываются:
id, url, Просмотры, Обновлено, Заголовок, Описание, Бизнес, Имя, Город, Регион, Цена, Валюта, Состояние + другие параметры, если они есть.
Скорость работы: 250 объявлений в минуту (на моём ноутбуке, с прокси; скорость такая же, как и у предложения выше). Программка десктопная, .exe На вход принимает или ссылку на категорию (в т.ч. с фильтрами), или поисковый запрос.
400 гр. - цена очень заниженная, поэтому предлагаю свою цену.
