Имею опыт похожей работы, занимался автоматизацией поиска товаров и оформления заказов на азиатских маркетплейсах Rakuten и Yahoo. Для реализации использовал связку Node.js + Puppeteer (позволяет автоматизировать использование браузера и имитировать реальные действия пользователя).
Просмотрел примеры, однако не нашел там упоминаемых вами параметров Who Can Bid (может не там смотрю?).
Правильно ли я понимаю, что вам нужно с определенной регулярностью автоматически заходить на сайт этого аукциона и подтягивать лоты по нужным параметрам? Где эти параметры можно указывать при поиске?
