У меня есть бот который выполняет данную задачу за плату, однако предложу вам следующее:
Использовать будем левый аккаунт (можно и ваш основной) через Telegram API с помощью библиотеки Telethon, сможем парсить посты с любого канала в котором вы состоите в любой ваш канал где вы являетесь админом)
Не знаю что ещё добавить, это все сделать реально и у меня есть наработки уже. Написано будет на Python.
