Printing and cutting stickers according to ready-made layouts (A5/A6), quality like Etsy examples

Looking for a contractor for regular sticker printing (not design), with die-cut / kiss-cut and, if necessary, additional processing (lamination, special films, etc.).

Quality/appearance reference — examples:

• priority: stickers on glossy paper + holographic lamination “stars” or by agreement, with the seller explicitly stating that they are not waterproof (i.e., this is closer to paper/planner stickers, not “outdoor”).

• example based on “plotter” logic: white vinyl, satin finish, kiss-cut border ~1/8", properties “water/scratch/UV-resistant”.

• example of “outdoor/car/laptop” application: positioned as waterproof & weatherproof.

What I provide:

Option A (preferred): I provide a ready-made layout for printing (PDF/AI/PNG), you print and cut.
Option B (optional): I provide the source files, and you prepare the layout for printing/cutting (prepress + cut contour) — we discuss and it is paid separately.

What needs to be done (contractor's responsibilities)

1. Printing according to the provided layouts

• color printing with good detail

• no smudges/stripes/color shifts (within reasonable printing tolerance)

2. Material and finish
   Two possible lines are needed (you can choose one, but ideally both, so I can test):

Line 1 — “as a priority example”:

• glossy sticker paper + holographic lamination/film (effect “stars”)

• it is acceptable that the option is not waterproof (as in the priority example).

Line 2 — “durable/vinyl”:

• white vinyl with satin/matte finish (satin finish)

• optional: lamination to enhance durability

• preferably: properties of “water/scratch/UV resistant” level (if your material/technology supports this).

3. Contour cutting

• cutting each sticker along the contour (die-cut) or kiss-cut (cut along the contour on the sheet) — we will discuss what is better for the task

• neat white/transparent border around the image (reference: about 2–3 mm / or as in the example ~1/8").

4. Format

• printing usually on A5/A6 (other formats are possible — we will discuss based on your technology/economics)

• important: you make optimal layout on the sheet (if you are printing on sheets)

5. Packaging and shipping

• basic packaging to prevent bending and scratching (bag/cardboard)

• delivery/pickup — by agreement

The result I want to achieve

• finished physical stickers, printed and cut, as in the examples (gloss/satin + holography according to the chosen option)

• consistent quality from batch to batch

• the ability to work regularly (small batches → then larger)

Test order

I want to start with a test batch (for example, 2–10 pcs / or 1–2 sheets) on 1–2 materials, to choose the optimal option in terms of quality/price.

What to specify in the response (so I can choose a contractor)

1. What materials you offer (vinyl/paper/film, is there holographic lamination “stars” or a similar effect)

2. Is there lamination, what type (matte/gloss/satin/special effects)

3. Type of cutting: die-cut / kiss-cut, minimum gap between stickers, cutting accuracy

4. In what formats you accept layouts (PDF/AI/PNG), do you prepare the layout and how much does it cost

5. Pricing:

   • price for the test batch

   • price for larger runs (for example, 10/50/100/300/500+)

6. Production time + city/delivery
