Переделать проект C# + Selenium

Сейчас проект работает следующим образом: Авторизирует в тг аккаунт,получает код от пользователя и рассылает с задержкой сообщения в каналы чаты.
Нужно сделать так чтоб он авторизировался,отправлял всём сообщения кто есть в списке,после закрывал вебдрайвери ждал задержку. После снова запускал драйвер и это всё в бесконнечном цикле.
